The weather was fantastic, we enjoyed our 3-night stay in a peaceful and clean deluxe room with effective air conditioning, and the hotel's location by the beach and Cathedral was perfect.

For a five-star hotel there is no coffee/ tea maker in the room.

The location is ideal by the beach and the city. It's a very beautiful recently totally restored hotel with a 100 years history, the food is truly fabulous.
The floor in the room and bathroom is made of noisy laminate. The bathroom is very unusual, lots of design, not very practical.

The breakfast was a great value, offering a large selection with healthy options. The executive king room was brand-new, quiet, and featured a lovely terrace. The resort boasts a perfect and exceptionally nice location right on the sea front, just minutes away from Platja de Malvarrosa.

I have wrote my preferances in advance to the hotel and they've followed all of them! Fantastic! Reception was very polite and everyone spoke English. Restorant: food was very good, everyone spoke very good English and were friendly too. The same about spa. Beautiful gardens around the hotel.The room was very clean, warm with airconditioning. Beuatiful bathroom, nice room itself. The metro from the airport stops 50 miters from the hotel and there are two bus stops nearby: bus number 19 and number 32 which are going to the centre. I liked the beach very much- very good if you have small kids: the sea is not deep. Lots of little restorants around the hotel. Hotel was absolutely the top point of my trip to Valencia!
If you go to Spain please remember that not everyone speaks English. But if you agree to try to understand them, they will absolutely do there best to explane you everything. That was my experience. I never had any problem with language there!

The staffs are excellently professional. The hotel is quiet. The pool is beautiful and clean. However, the food in the hotel is a bit unrealistically pricy. Otherwise I think this is the best hotel in the Mediterrain region where I had a holiday.
